Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Job Description/ Responsibilities;

• Develop and implement appropriate Human Resource policies and procedures. Define strategies and activities for the HR function to achieve the organizational objectives on HR management
• Coordinate HR planning, recruitment, placement and appraisal
• Provide guidance to both management and staff on all matters pertaining to the industrial and employee relations including terms and conditions of service

The candidate:
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or Equivalent
• Shall have 3 to 5 years experience at managerial level in a mid size or large successful firm
• Shall be self motivated, flexible, mature and articulate in speech and presentation with excellent interpersonal skills
