Role definition
To provide professional and timely recruitment service ensuring selection and recruitment of quality employees in line with appropriate legislation. The key objective of the role is to implement a timely, proactive, comprehensive and professional recruitment service to ensure the recruitment process attracts qualified applicants to the appropriate vacancies. This position reports to the Human Resources Manager.
Qualification and experience
* A Degree in HR or Any Arts/social sciences field
* At least two years experience recruiting in a busy commercial organization
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications)
* Previous experience recruiting within MFI industry is added advantage
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
* Ability to deal with sensitive information in an appropriate and confidential manner
* Works in an organized manner to timely deadlines
* Up to date knowledge of current employment legislation and best practices that impacts on recruitment
