Job Title: Finance and Administration Officer
Reporting to the Country Director, the key result areas of the F&AO include but are not limited to the following:
• Provide technical guidance to THP Uganda management on financial management and administration
• Preparation of annual budgets, and assist the Country Director to manage the budget in line with the set guide lines
• Prepare monthly and quarterly budget performance reports, forecasts and ensure action points are implemented
• Implement all financial policies and procedures of the organization

Required Knowledge and Skills
• A minimum of a Bachelors degree preferably in commerce, accounting and finance, and professional qualifications such as ACCA/ CPA
• A minimum of 7 years working experience, 3 of which must be at a senior management position in a reputable NGO
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize self and others
