Job Title: Hospital Administrator

St. Raphael of St. Francis Hospital, Nsambya is a Church founded private-not-for profit institution that is committed to providing quality affordable health care to all without compromising the poor.

Nsambya Hospital invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the post of Hospital Administrator. The candidates should be a well qualified self motivated, committed team player with confirmed experience in General Management more so in a large hospital

Special Responsibilities:

1. Be a member of the hospital management team.
2. To be primarily responsible for general hospital management.
3. To ensure maintenance of the hospital properties and to oversee development projects.
4. To write project proposals for the hospital that can be forwarded to potential funders.
5. To supervise communication and* office management
6. To co-ordinate and supervise hospital transport
7. To supervise supplies management
8. To supervise medical records.
9. To supervise all administrative staff.
10. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

Person Specifications:

* Should have a postgraduate qualification in general management but specific qualification in hospital management will be an added advantage.
* Should have at least three years’ experience at senior management level in a medium – large sized enterprise.
* Should be aged between 30-40 years.
* High level of integrity
* Computer literate
