Job Title: Head, Human Resources & Administration Department
Reports to: Managing Director

Job Description:
• Manage Human Resources as well as General Administration functions in the company
• Formulate and develop manuals to guide corporate policy on HR and Administration
• Lead on process of directing and aligning all company resources towards meeting the set goals and objectives
• Manage the employee performance function and process in the organization

Qualifications;
• Minimum of a masters degree in human Resource Management, organizational psychology, or Corporate Administration
• Preference will be given to candidates with a mix of these qualifications

Working Experience and other competencies:
• Minimum of seven years experience in the field of HR or corporate Administration, at least 3 of which should have been in a managerial position in a busy/ big office
• Demonstrable knowledge of current labor laws, asset management and general Administration
