Job Title: Head- National Response
Salary Scale: UAC 4
Reports to: Director- Partnership
Responsible for: Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To develop guidelines for the establishment of networks and partnerships among the different stakeholders for a harmonized national response
• To develop technical support and guidance in the development and implementation of strategies and approaches for the national response including gender mainstreaming
• To provide technical assistance in the development of work plans and self coordinating Entities

Person Specifications:
Qualifications:
A masters degree in Public Health, Public Administration & Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences from a recognized university

Experience:
A minimum of eight years working experience, 3 of which must have been at a senior level in government, NGO, or a reputable organization
