Job Title:  Chief  Internal  Auditor
The Baylor  College  of Medicine  Children’s  Foundation  Uganda   headquartered at Mulago  hospital  is   inviting  qualified applicants for the above position.

Duties
•    Develop a strategy for conducting   ad  hoc  audits as per the  request of the  Board or SMT in line with  International Standards  for the  Professional  Practice  of Internal  auditing.
•    Develop and maintain  a  component  & motivated internal audit  team  through implementing  HR  support  activities in line  with the  Human  resource manual.
•    Develop and  manage  the internal  audit annual budget in line with Baylor Uganda financial guidelines

Qualifications
•    A Bachelors degree   in Finance  or Accounting  and a  Masters  degree  in Finance , or Accounting  or an   MBA with Accounting  option from a reputable  university.
•    Membership  of ACCA,CPA, or  CIA.
•    Membership to Institute  of Internal  Auditors of Uganda .
