Main Purpose: The position holder will play a key role in consulting assignments in strategy, accounting and financial management system reviews, internal and external audits, budget formulation, execution, financial reporting and financial monitoring.

Job Description:
Your key responsibilities will include; - Undertaking business development through active identification of leads, conversion of leads to expressions of interests, proposals and engagements, - Responsibility for delivery of client work and management of assignment economics, - Work with the managers in managing projects while developing and mentoring staff.

Requirements
Qualification Level: General Degree Class Of Degree: 2nd Class (Upper Division)
Experience Required: 3-5 Years

Competencies / Skills:
You will have at least 3 years’ experience and exposure in the private sector or in a professional services firm and in; - Budget formulation, execution, accounting, and financial reporting, - Accounting and financial management system reviews, - External and internal audit systems, - Financial monitoring and pre-disbursement assessments. To be successful in this role you must also have: - Ability to work in diverse multi-cultural environments and must be a team player, - Demonstrable leadership skills and experience in leading projects and diverse teams, - Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities, - Strong academic background backed by relevant full professional qualifications, - First Degree in relevant field (with business/accounting/finance orientation) and CPA or ACCA qualification.
