Job Title: Associate Director of Operations

Core duties and responsibilities
• Compliance ensure a culture of compliance is a adopted in the country according to donors
• Establish work flows and approval processes and ensure that each operational staff members understands how their role is underlined
• In the true collaboration spirit and in close partnership with the country director
• Communication which acts as the operation points across all points
• Human resource while over seeing the implementation of the performance management and compensation systems

Knowledge and skills
• Over all in charge of operations and functions in a mid size country programme
From 40-100 staff with 1or 2 donors
• Manages designs , development and review of specific unit specialized
• Manages a team of several operations
• Mastery of one of the relevant functional areas
• Bachelors degree is required; masters degree in business administration management is highly preferred
• Minimum 6-7 yrs relevant experience in senior operations manager
