Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the general maintenance activities for the service level management function
• Lead the service delivery team to ensure and efficient operations
• Realize value and assure high availability for all installed ATC infrastructure

Qualification and experience Specification
The successful candidate must have:
• Degree in Mechanical/ electrical/ telecommunications Engineering from a recognized institution
• Masters degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage
• 4 years experience in service level management activities
• 3 years experience in contractor management in telecommunications or related industry
