Job Title: Human Resources Management Coordinator
The Role:
Reporting to the country director, the Human Resources Management Coordinator will be responsible for delivering of Human Resource Management function and provision of HR technical support to all staff and managers across the country office

Qualifications and Competency Profile:

Have an undergraduate degree in human resources or related fields such as labour and industrial relations
Otherwise have an undergraduate Degree from any other field with experience in Human Resources Management

Desirable Educational Level
• A minimum of 8 years professional experience, at least 5 of which must have been in human resources management
• Demonstrated understanding and proficiency in the field of HR and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Very good computer skills particularly in word processing, spread sheet soft ware and presentation media
