Job Title: Divisional Sales Manager
The purpose of this role is to supervise, motivate, lead and train the divisional sales team to achieve agreed sales, distribution, market share and perfomance objectives through the effective management of both Distributor and retail sales operations
Accountabilities are:
- Brand activity budget formulation and management
- Achieve volume distribution and Net Sales Value Key perfomance indicators
- People capacity development by coaching and investing time in mentoring of team using Diageo Way of selling
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements at the work environment
- Manage performance and compliance of the team
- A Bachelors Degree in a business related field
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role in FMCG industry
- Strong track record in people management
