Job Title: Officer Compliance (05 Vacancies)
JOB CODE: HRM/ 051/600
REPORTS TO: SUPERVISOR COMPLIANCE
ROLE: To conduct Compliance Reviews and implement Integrity Enhancement
Initiatives and activities in accordance with the URA HRMM, Code of
Conduct and other Compliance Programs.
a) An Honor’s Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Commerce, Accountancy, Auditing
b) Credit in Mathematics and English
a) Professional qualifications in Accounting, Auditing, Ethics & Integrity
b) Training in Corporate Governance
c) Knowledge in regulatory and process compliance.
Experience and Knowledge:
a) At least Two (2) year experience in Compliance Audits & Reviews
b) Knowledge in regulatory and process compliance.
c) Proficiency in data analysis techniques.
d) Proficiency in research, investigations and the use of statistical data analysis
e) Familiarity with court and prosecution processes
f) Risk profiling and analysis
g) Experience in management of complaints and whistle blowers
h) Experience in implementation of integrity enhancement programs
i) Familiarity with management of investigations
j) Understanding of Tax Laws, Leadership Codes, Anti-bribery Act, Penal Code and
Character & Abilities:
a) Information handling, Analysis & Communication
b) Excellent Planning & Organizing
c) Problem solving & Decision making
d) High ethics, integrity and confidentiality
e) Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly staff relations, oral and written
