REPORTS TO: SUPERVISOR CLIENT SUPPORT
ROLE: To implement call centre services /provide service support to URA
clients in line with URA client Service standards.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
Qualifications
Essential:
An honors degree in any related field from a recognized university
Desirable:
Training in Customer Care
Experience and Knowledge
a) A minimum of one (1) years experience in Public Relations
b) Experience in Customer service or call centre operations.
c) Knowledge of service management framework and client charter
d) Knowledge of customer care
Character & Abilities:
a) Strong Client service orientation
b) Strong problem-solving orientation
c) Excellent interpersonal skills
d) Strong listening and oral communication skills
e) Strong communication and relationship building skills
f) High-level integrity and confidentiality
g) Demonstrate sound work ethics
h) Ability to work under pressure
