Job Title: Resourcing Officer
 Stanbic  Bank  Uganda  is looking   to attract inspired  individuals  with the  skills  to offer  world  class  business  solutions  to our  customers .
Accountabilities
•    Implements the recruitment  and selection  process within a  functional  area, adhering  to  required  processes and procedures , ensuring  compliance  and mitigating all  risk
•    Delivers  good   caliber  candidates  in line with  business  needs  , in line  with  transformation  and talent  attraction  goals  whilst  optimizing  cost  effectiveness
•    Delivers  on assignments  with  the  correct  governance , policy and technology  support work through  the  eRecruitment  system
•    Agree  and support  resourcing  related  initiatives /programs  and projects  as  agreed  as well  as positioning  SBG   EVP  positively  in the  market  place
Ideal Candidate  profile
•    A  minimum  of 3  years  resourcing experience 
•    Bachelor’s  degree  in Human  Resources,  Industrial  Psychology, Social Sciences  or  General  Humanities
•    Knowledge of resourcing  tools  and  methords/assessment  tools  is a must
•    Possesses  good  interpersonal  and  networking   skills
•    Ability to  manage  complexity  and ambiguity
