Job Title: Manager Usage & Retention
REPORT TO: Marketing Head
Location: Kampala
Country: Uganda
Job Description (Duties):

* Data analysis to identify opportunities to grow revenues.
* Developing initiatives to drive usage and recharges.
* Developing customer retention and loyalty programs.
* Managing customer lifecycle initiatives.


Necessary Qualifications:

* Honors degree from a recognised university specializing in Marketing, Business or related. discipline.
* Should have at least 5 years experience in a Telecom / Research company/Bank.
* Strong analytical & planning skills. Data analysis skills are a must.
* Earlier experience of managing customer life cycle preferred.
