Vacancy: Trade Development Representatives
REPORT TO: Regional Area Manager
Country: Uganda
Job Description (Duties):

* Conduct regular training for Mobile Money Handlers and Direct Sales Team.
* Manage and conduct mobile Money training at the corporate level.
* Understanding of various methodologies for imparting training.
* Return on Investment (ROI) for training.
* Understanding of interpersonal skills
* Roll out and ensure consistent delivery and impact of the Mobile Money business in the trade.
* Periodically conduct audits of trained handlers and Direst Sales team to ensure proper service delivery.
* Grow the Mobile Money business by recruiting new Agents, Registering New subscribers while retaining the existing ones.
* Ensure all agents in the trade are KYC (Know Your Customer) compliant.
* Provide Agent support through the delivery of merchandising materials.
* Ensure all subscriber KYC records are delivered to Public Access for filling and safe custody.
* Any other duties related to the business as assigned by management.


Necessary Qualifications:

* Work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
* Self-driven.
* Team & Client management skills are crucial.
* Must have excellent communication & presentable skills.
* High energy level with excellent communication skills.
* Selling and negotiation/persuasion skills.
* Team-building & Leadership.
