Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Core responsibilities and duties include but not limited to;
The Laboratory Technician will be involved in all Laboratory procedures in the RHSP field Laboratory at Kalisizo Station. He/She will be required to work under Good Clinical Laboratory Practices (GCLP) guidelines.

Qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience
The successful candidate should possess diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institution with a bias in hematology/chemistry. He/should have at least 2 years experience of at least 2 years in a large laboratory setting.

The Person should be:
* Pleasant, social, hardworking, flexible, with a spirit of team work/building.
* With good interpersonal skills, and high integrity.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
* Self-motivated and able to work under minimum
* Willingness to work and reside in a rural setting -Rakai District.
* Willing and ready to work for longer hours.
