JOB TITLE: Sales Assistant
Reports to: Sales and Marketing Officer
Location of office: Entebbe

KEY RESULT AREAS/ ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Receiving customer orders and initiating order processing in line with set procedures
• Matching customer needs with available stock including advising 'customers on probable alternatives
• Preparing monthly sales reports in line with the sales and marketing plan

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
• An honor's degree in Business Administration or Bachelor of commerce or Diploma in Pharmacy
• Strong interpersonal skills, Customer care and public relations skills

EXPERIENCE
Experience of not less than 2 years in a similar job in a reputable organization is necessary.
