Job title: Security Manager

Key responsibilities

• Develop a long term security and safety strategy.
• Detection and prevention of criminal activities.
• Protections of bank assets.
• Investigate cases of criminal nature and security related indices.
• Preparation and compilation of investigation reports.
• Staff training on security and frauds especially on emerging trend.
• Maintain effective liaison with enforcement agencies and external; fraud investigators.

Knowledge, skills and experience

• University degree preferably law, commerce, IT or other relevant field.
• Minimum of five years experience in security operations with experience from the police or armed forces at senior level.
• High level of attention to detail, thorough analytical skills, rational decision making and good negotiation capacity.
