Job Title: Sales Executive

Station: Kampala

Reports to: CEO



Duties and Responsibilities:

- Directing and coordinating company sales functions.

- Developing and coordinating sales selling cycle and methodology.

- Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results.

- Responsible for achieving set sales targets and quotas.

- Preparing action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

- Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

- Controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines.

- Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensuring that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

- Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and activity.



Education and Qualifications:

- A business degree.



Experience:

- 3-7 years of experience in sales and have experience in achieving sales quota goals and revenue expectations.

- Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationships Management is also required.
