Job Title: Office Manager (2 Position)
Reports to: Community Liaison Officer
Duty Station: Napak/Kotido
Duties and Responsibilities
§ Manage the general office including receiving of calls and refer them to the appropriate persons, including general office coordination
§ Manage and the regular up-date and safe custody of the staff records, Land Rights materials and dissemination
§ Prepare requisitions including consumables for office use on a monthly basis
§ Coordinate movement of correspondences between staff and the outside departments
§ Ensure office tidiness, this includes ensuring daily cleaning of the office
§ Liaise with the CLO in advocacy campaigns in the communities
§ Prepare reports on a monthly and quarterly basis and thereof.
§ Manage clients coming to the office
Education and Experience
A Diploma in Business Studies obtained from a reputable university with a minimum of 6 months of hands on experience in the field of Human Rights Promotion and Community Development, Administration or office management. Knowledge of N’gakaramojong is desirable. A successful candidate should also possess proven knowledge in conflict resolution and transformation, Human Rights and Family Law. Basic knowledge in accounting is an added advantage.
