Job Title: HUMAN RESOURCE/PERSONNEL OFFICER (1 POSITION)
The Human Resource Officer shall report to the Human Resource Manager.
Job Purpose
The core objective of his position is implementation of the Human Resource Policy.
Key Job features
Knowledge and understanding of modern styles and approaches of Human Resource Management.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Provide support to the various human resource functions (recruitment, training and development, leave management, employee health scheme, discipline, staff welfare among others)
2. Participate in the planning and development of Human Resource Budgets.
3. Manage staff contacts.
4. Appropriate application of human resource procedures.
5. Maintain a proper records filling and documentation system of data confidential.
6. Coordinate staff performance management and appraisals.
7. coordinate all Human Resource events
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelors in Human Resources Management or a related field required.
Personal attributes
i. Strong and effective communicator in expression, writing, business presentations.
ii. Highly skilled in data organization and management.
iii. Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
iv. Ability to work under minimum supervision.
v. Encouraged to apply, are persons between 30 to 40 years old.

Masters in Human Resources Management or a related field required.
