Job Title: Branches Supervisor
Reports to: Business Development Manager

Key Aspects of the Position
• This position requires an individual who has good communication skills9 both oral and written), has business humor, technically articulates in explaining the company’s products and services and has very good interpersonal and public relations skills.
• The applicant must be of high integrity, a team player, self driven and result oriented

Education:
A degree in marketing, Insurance, Business Administration and related fields

Experience:
• At least 2 years in marketing. Experience in insurance marketing will be an added advantage
Other:
• must be a computer literate with a capacity to use one of the common word processing packages


Key Responsibilities:
• Supervision of agency outlets
• Ensure growth of branches by establishing new offices in profitable areas
• Carryout periodic evaluation of the branch performance
• Liaise with business development manager to come up with basic business strategies for agency managers to implement in order to expand business in their territories
