Our Client CNOOC Uganda Limited is seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates for the above vacancy;
Primary function:
Performs specialized exploration operation projects, closely monitors the progress, cost and evaluates the results.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Participates in the exploration’s operation project designs.
Performs and overseas specialized exploration operation projects.
Closely monitors the progress and cost of exploration operation projects.
Evaluates the results of exploration operation projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or above.
Geology or Related Degree in Petroleum majoring in Science.
More than 2 years experience in the exploration of oil and gas.
Good command of professional exploration skills and its management.
Familiar with management method of international exploration projects and aware of the policies of the project.
Aware of the general oil law, policies and regulations.
Good organizational, and communication skills.
Excellent improvisation capability.
Good execution capability.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Basic computer skills.
High confidentiality.
Highly motivated and pursues continuous improvement of the job.
Good team spirit and a diligent team player.
Preference will be given to candidates with ‘overseas offshore oil field’ working experience.
