About this job

Our Client Total E&P Uganda is seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates for the above vacancy;

Duties and Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate the tendering process in co-operation with the Company technical teams.
Draft contracts as per the company policy and templates and interface with other technical departments to ensure that the contract terms and conditions are consistent with the required services.
Negotiate with the suppliers service and supply contracts, in line with the company’s referential documents and regulations, and in liaison with technical departments.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering of equivalent.
5-10 years experience working in civil works construction, roads, drill pads, etc.
Excellent computer skills (AutoCAD, MS Office applications.
Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills both oral and written.
