Our Client Total E&P Uganda is seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates for the above vacancy;

Duties and Responsibilities:

Participate in the identification and implementation of national content with Company suppliers and contractors by advising them on the development of local manufacturing.
Ensure that the service providers are complying to and implementing national contents in their organization.
Measure, assess and report on national content activities; industrial context.
Available skills and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent in international relations or political sciences.
Minimum 10 years experience working with local content management in an international organization.
Excellent understanding of the culture and geopolitical environment as well as the industry.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, negotiation skills.
Previous experience in working with contractors and liaising with service providers.
Ability to work under pressure.
