Job Description (Duties):

Our client is a leading a telecommunications service provider. They are seeking an energetic, results oriented and self driven person to fill the Position above.

Duties and Responsibilities

Hardware installation and general rigging.
Run all Cabling including Radio Frequency cable to the antennas and label accordingly.
Racking of Equipment.
Termination of all cables.
Assist and support staff on the project site.
Report to the Project Manager on the status of the project.
Record any changes to the original design.
Record and report any damages to the equipment after performing equipment inspection.
Attend all project meetings when required.
Ensure the correct and accurate installations are done as per project scope.
Site survey and acceptance after Radio Frequency Installation.


Necessary Qualifications:

Bachelors of Science degree in telecommunications engineering or any other relevant degree.
A minimum of two years experience in telecommunications hardware installation and general rigging.
Good knowledge of hardware installation on an access network.
Excellent communication, reports and writing skills.
Good understanding skills of GSM.
Time management skills essential.
Ability to work under extreme pressure.
Good understanding of installation processes and equipment.
Good understanding of project stages and procedures.
Team player.
