Job Description (Duties):

Implement appropriate sourcing strategies to control the company’s purchased material costs and to ensure clients’ satisfaction.
Keeping track of purchases and handling inquiries about orders.
Ensuring all proper purchase order information is tracked and entered into appropriate system.
Developing strategies for assigned procurement area to include spend analysis, market and geographic considerations, strategic importance, etc.
Negotiating and managing all contracts and agreements for assigned commodities
Managing suppliers, cost, quality, and delivery performance.
Understand, track, and forecast the key cost drivers and market factors for assigned commodities.
Managing and optimizing supplier performance, including continuous improvement, innovation, obsolescence and reduction in total cost.
Compiling requests for materials at the lodges.
Any other assigned duties.


Necessary Qualifications:

University Degree or diploma in Procurement.
2 years of relevant experience.
Excellent Communication and analytical skills.
Results oriented and proactive with good networking skills.
Highly organized and able to work under minimum supervision.
