Job Title: Supervisor -Agricultural Workshop
Kakira Sugar  Limited  is seeking  for qualified  candidates  to fill the  above  vacancy .
Duties
•    Analyzing machine failures for any repair /maintenance  action  and  working  towards  achieving  optimum level with  available  machines .
•    Planning  for spare parts, specifying  requirements and initiating  requisitions for approval .
•    Leading  and  guiding  groups of technician for quality  repairs  and maintenance  of machines .
•    Handling  accurate record  keeping  and following the  standard  workshop  procedures.
•    Adhering to and  enforcing the safety , health and environment  policy of the company to subordinates.
Qualifications
•    Diploma  in any  of the  following  : Mechanical Engineering, Automotive  Engineering ,  obtained from a recognized  institution .
•    Computer literacy is a must.
•    Experience : Three years  working  experience in tyre management  is an added advantage .
