Job Title: Supervisor-Training
Kakira Sugar  Limited  is seeking  for qualified  candidates  to fill the  above  vacancy .
Responsibilities
•    Responsible  for  on job  training  of  tractor operators and drivers in  order to achieve effectiveness and  efficiency   in the section.
•    Controlling  all fuel  issues , verification of tasks , misuse control, and forwarding defaulters for appropriate  disciplinary  action.
•    Ensuring  that  drivers  follow  the  prescribed routes, and adhere to the loading  procedures in the  field .
•    Enforcing the Safety , Health and Environment  Policy of the  company among subordinates .
Qualifications
•    Diploma in  Mechanical  /Automotive  Engineering  obtained  from a recognized  institution .
•    Experience : Five years and above  working experience .
