Qualifications And Working Experience:

● A Ugandan National with a Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, SWASA, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Economics from a recognised University/Institution.

● Qualifi cations/Training in Human Resource Development or Training of Trainers will be an added advantage.

● At least three (3) Years working experience in a similar position.



Competences:

● A self motivated and result-oriented person with ability to work under minimum supervision.

● Networking, interpersonal and effective communication skills.

● Willingness to travel widely within the Project area

● Ability to design a training Programme and carry out Training Needs Assessment (TNA)



Duties:

● Identifi es capacity gaps for delivery of services in the PRDP Districts in terms of equipment and methods.

● Develops capacity enhancement manuals and materials for the Districts.

● Conducts scheduled trainings at the District level.

● Develops strategies to disseminate NUDC outputs to the stake holders in the PRDP Districts.

● Any other related duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
