Post Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Duty Station: Kampala

Age: 25 Years & Above



Qualifications and Working Experience:

● A Ugandan National with a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines;

● Economics/Statistics, Economics, Project Planning and Management or related fi eld from a recognised University/ Institution.

● Postgraduate qualifi cations in a related fi eld will be an added advantage

● A minimum of 4 years relevant working experience.



Competences:

● A self motivated, result-oriented and ability to work under pressure.

● Analytical, inter-personal and communication skills.

● Familiar with quantitative and qualitative M&E methods;

● Conversant with the results framework approach of planning, monitoring and Evaluation.

● Computer skills in various packages.



Duties:

● Develops an overall Monitoring and Evaluation strategy for the PRDP.

● Supports the development, maintenance and operation of the M&E System for effective monitoring of inputs and results in liaison with the Information Technology Specialist.

● Provides technical guidance to Project Management and the local Governments on data collection, basic analysis and reporting.

● Manages identifi ed project implementation strategies and project targets and operational problems through reports, review meetings and site visits.

● Any other relevant duties as may be assigned from time to time.
