Job Description (Duties):
Job Purpose: To handle all client and service provider queries regarding medical insurance benefits and medical claims and to provide client support.
Responsibilities:
Handling of all incoming calls or written communication queries.
Record and resolve queries within SLA structures.
Provide product and benefit information.
Follow-up on feedback of queries.
Provide administration support to service managers.
Necessary Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience as customer consultant in medical insurance industry.
Competencies:
Computer literate
Good customer oriented with good listening skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Patient approach to customers and clients.
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships.
Excellent command in writing and speaking of English as well as main indigenous language.
