Job Title : AN S.I.T MANAGER
RESPONSIBLE TO IT/SYSTEM DIRECTOR
Key Results Areas
• -providing visibility on new and modified functionality/capabilities based on specific criteria
• Manage the end to end process of introducing something new this improves the performance of the business unit
• To engage internal business units ,S1 partner in the phases of innovation, analysis and proposals
• Identification of new opportunities emerging opportunities
• Manage the interlock or over lapping responsibilities between I.T and the different internal businesses
• Create a high performance team environment

REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in computer science and other related displines
• Professional qualification in project management techniques
• 3-5 years working in the industry on a management level in telecom industry
• Experience on implementation and operation of SLA’S and OLA delivery services
