Reports to supervisor Estates and utilities

Personal specification
• At least a higher diploma in telecommunications
Engineering and electronic engineering
• Post graduate is an added advantage
• Specialized training in courses like CISCO is an advantage

Knowledge and Experience
• At least 2 years experience in telecommunications as in telecommunication industry
• Must have hands on knowledge of configuring and working with different telecommunication problems
• Knowledge of handling big volumes of data and communication structure and handle different platforms
• Maintenance and upkeep of the telecom products
• Computer literacy

Abilities
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving ability
• High level of integrity
