Reports to: Supervisor Software Engineering

Qualifications:
• An honors degree in any of the following areas: computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Physics/ Mathematics, computer applications or equivalent
• Professional certification that are relevant to application development such as Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, Oracle Certified Developer

Experience and Knowledge:
• Strong working knowledge of Java, C#, C++ or J2EE with a strong focus on Web based and MVC patterned applications; and experience in the use of various souce libraries and tools
• In-depth knowledge and application of object oriented analysis and design concepts
• At least 2 years experience with computer application design working with development of line of business applications

Character:
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
• Customer focused, sensitive to high quality services
• Ability to work on cross functional project teams from diverse business areas
