Job Title: Brand Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Development and implementation of brand strategies and investment levels in line with portfolio and business goals.
• Developing specific brand plans in line with SABMiller Marketing Way principles.
• Working closely with Channel Marketing and Channel Execution functions to ensure effective in-trade brand execution.
• Develop brand activations calendar in collaboration with Activation and Sales functions.
• Brand health monitoring through effective consumer insight capability.
• Manage resource and other third party resource for the implementation of the above program.
• Manage relationships across a varied spectrum of agencies, colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements
• Ideally Bachelors degree in Business Administration, preferably Marketing major.
• At least three to five years brand/sales experience in the FMCG industry.
• High energy, self discipline and drive, conceptualizing and innovative thinking, planning and organizational skills, goal orientation and a strong output bias.
• Proactive mindset, self starter and with initiative; ability to articulate (verbal and written), with sound interactive and communication skills.
• Excellent computer literacy - Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Valid driver's license.
