Job Title: Sales People

Duties and responsibilities:

- Creating demand for Smile services in assigned areas.

- Sale of Smile services and products in assigned areas.



Person Specifications:

- Aged 20-25 years

- Minimum A’Level certificate (UACE)

- Results (sales) oriented as per set targets

- Fluency in English and at least one local language spoken in their area of residence.

- Eloquence and communication – ability to present oneself and convinve/persuade customers is essential.

- Passion, drive, determination and a winning spirit.

- Flexibility to work long hours and on weekends

- Payment will be based on achievement of set targets.

- Individuals who meet the above crireria and are residents of Kireka, Kitintale, Bugolobi, Nakawa, Kamwokya, Kyebando, Ntoda, Naguru, Kalerwe, Mulago Kanyanya, Kawempe, Bwaise, City Centre(CBD), Ndeeba, Makindye, Katwe, Nsambya and their surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.
