Job Title: Area Coordinator
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify the local cropping patterns
• Final selection of Model farmers, community agriculture promoters, general farmers and Block farmers
• Prepare the training module considering local cropping patterns, irrigation, seed rate, local pests and control methods
• Prepare the report, consolidate and send to the Regional/ Country office

Qualifications/ Requirements:
• Bachelors of Science in Agriculture/ crop science.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in the field of agriculture
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Riding a motorcycle is a must with a valid permit license
