About this job

Our Client CFAO Motors Uganda is a motor importing company is currently looking to recruit for the above position;

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Manage profit and loss account with strong sense of business acumen.
* Pre-delivery inspection services.
* General workshop maintenance.
* Understand the value of customer service.
* Electronics diagonostic.
* Skills of job car opening and closing.
* skills in first aid and fire fighting.
* Able to train co-workers.

Qualifications

* Strong technical knowledge on car repair and servicing, professional knowledge on Volkswagen car is preferred.
* Minimum of 5 to 8 years work experience on managerial position in the relevant industry.
* Good knowledge of diagnostic equipment.
* Demonstrate strong leadership and proven experience in resources planning and deployment.
* Result oriented.
* Excellent communication skills across different work levels.
* Strong team work and competence in multitask.
* Customer focus attitude.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Think outside the box.
* Should be clean.
* Multi lingual.
