Responsible to: SALES & MARKETING DIRECTOR Job Purpose: Implements and maintains the sales strategy and business plan within the Corporate Segment and ensures they are in line with Group guidelines and strategy. Manages the Corporate Sales team to ensure that sales targets in the segment are met. Key Result Areas 1. Defines and executes sales strategies/plans to ensure revenue growth 2. Ensures that sales plans are consistent with Airtels Corporate goals and objectives 3. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams and sets performance goals for self and the team accordingly. 4. Tracks progress monthly and quarterly against operational target 5. Continually reviews competitor activities and come up with mitigation measures 6. Develops Corporate after sales support plans and roll out. 7. Direct the development and implementation of sales processes, tools and capabilities within the Corporate segment: 8. Develop and maintain optimal Customer Relationships 9. Continually assess customer satisfaction levels by reviewing and where necessary organising 3rd party tracking/audit. 10. Identify problem accounts and take action to bring down levels of outstanding debt/ Monitor the dunning process to ensure efficiency. 11. Work hand in hand with marketing to develop and implement relevant trade promotions and campaigns for the corporate segment. 12. Continually gather and analyse market intelligence and share with marketing, where possible with recommendations 13. Engage and develop staff within the Corporate Sales function

You have • 5 proven successful years of sales with a combination of direct and indirect (distributors) market approach in the Telecommunications Industry or FMCG environment • Solid knowledge of channel and indirect sales; direct sales experience desirable • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales management • Customer focused • Business awareness • Strong analytical and strategic skills • Excellent planning and organisational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Sets high personal standards and is goal oriented • Strong coaching skills • Excellent communications skills, both orally and in writing • Excellent presentation skills • Strong influencing skills • Leadership and management skills
