Responsible to: HEAD MARKETING
Job Purpose:
Develop segment wide initiatives, continuously monitor all drivers for the local voice revenue bucket and develop targeted initiatives to maximise revenue growth and minimise churn Key Result Areas 1. Develop plans and budgets for the Usage and retention section in line with the business objectives 2. Analyze customer behavior patterns through various parameters to generate insights to increasing revenue. Revenue and churn forecasting 3. Develop initiatives and campaigns to grow minutes of use and continuously monitor all drivers for local voice revenue bucket 4. Own and update the local voice marketing score card, which analyses all the local drivers to local revenues 5. Track and monitor the financial impact of new and existing products and the financial performance, including revenue growth 6. Monitor usage pattern of customers using intelligence tools like GIS and BI Attaining month on month Usage and Revenue targets 7. Develop and implement loyalty and churn management initiatives and campaigns 8. Develop a solutions and products pipeline for the revenue bucket 9. Work with IT to support implementation of innovative products and solutions 10. Liaise with customer services to support communication to customers on new products and services 11. Manage, develop and motivate the team to deliver on the business objectives

Skill Set :
You have • Bachelors degree in business, MBA is desirable but not a must • 4 – 7 proven years in planning (commercial and financial) and analysis in a commercial setting • Background in Business Analysis • At least 3 years experience in management • Experience building and developing channels • High level of knowledge of marketing • Customer Focus • Business awareness • Strong analytical and strategic skills • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Sets high personal standards and is goal oriented • Strong coaching and leadership skills • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
