Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s  degree  or equivalent  in public health  or  nursing  sciences
•    Minimum  of 4  years experience  in health , community  work and  PMTCT service delivery  including three 3 years in middle level  program management .
•    Good working  knowledge  of relevant  PMTCT protocols  and policies  in Uganda
Competencies
•    Good  working knowledge  of relevant  PMTCT protocols  and policies  in Uganda
•    Strong  interpersonal , communication and team  building  skills
•    Dynamism, independence  and creativity 
•    Experience  with training  and  M& E  essential
•    Excellent  time  management , reporting  and  writing  skills
