SUMMARY OF DETAILS:
Within the Outsourcing department, NFT Consults potential and existing clients have been identified and segmented into 5 distinctive business sectors that include Oil & Gas, Financial, ICT, Utilities and Industrial Sector.
Reporting to the Director of Outsourcing, the Account Business Manager (ABM) role is vital to the continued success of the Company and requires an individual capable of a high degree of autonomy in managing the Business unit.
The ABM is responsible for the business development and management of the client, subordinates and workload within that business sector.They need to have a thorough understanding of their clients' short and long term goals and how that relates with NFT's existing and potential business.
They act as the client's point of contact on all business strategic proposals, partnerships and contract management.
They are also responsible for the development and management of all staff that report directly to them.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EXTERNAL CUSTOMER:
Identify business development opportunities within existing relationships as well as identifying target customers within their business sector.
Thoroughly understand and execute the contract between NFT and the clients and are responsible for compliance on client deliverables, reviewing all major deliverables to ensure timely completions, quality standards and set proper client expectations. Owns the contract and take responsibility for its renewal.
Lynch pin that holds projects together from pitch to implementation and evaluation.
Responsible for all client activity from initial inquiry , identifying and ascertaining the client's needs, developing proposal, budget allocation, resource planning, contract development and negotiations.
As the primary point of contact for the client, they are the coordinator between NFT and the client required to streamline our business operations in-line with our clients' business operations, provide technical support, ensure that the client needs are met in a way that improves customer satisfaction and increases profitability to NFT.
Represent NFT at the client, conferences, workshops and seminars. They may be required to to give presentations so that clients receive maximum benefit from our services, introduce new services, answer customer service queries and resolve related to the operation of the contract and functions such as billing, account reconciliations and payments.
Maintain relationships with the clients' senior management through regular meetings and networking.
Engaging clients in such a way that they feel valued and confident that they can deliver quality and reliable service.
Foresee service opportunities for existing and potential clients where the client may not have initiated the service requirement.
Participate in decision making and problem solving when a client is faced with a challenge.
Monitoring the timely completion of tasks and preparation of all deliverables.
Managing risk and escalating issues to senior management where necessary.
Presentation of proposals to NFT Management or client where required.
Providing reports and updates to the client and NFT management in a timely manner.
INTERNAL CUSTOMER:
Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.
Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that the business is profitable.
Engaging staff in the delivery of a quality and reliable service.
Interact with various department, providing input that is used to create sales proposals, improve services and streamline business business position.
Responsible for drafting and obtain a thorough understanding of the clients' contract while maintain NFT's strategic position.
Thoroughly understand the CRM's roles and responsibilities, make suggestion to changes where necessary as its suitable for the servicing of their respective clients.
Supervise, mentor and plan assignments and coordinated the daily activities of the CRMs as well as manage their performance.
Responsible for new employee orientation and handling all HR related issues for the employees within their business unit.
Provide senior management with weekly feedback reports as regards to the contract, potential business, strategic partnership, CRM activities and performance.
Meet with the CRMs on a periodic basis to address and resolve any requirements or problems that might arise.
Arrange and co-ordinate employee schedules, events, meetings and provide contact support.
Co-ordinate disciplinary procedures and enforcing disciplinary action where required.
Oversee the accuracy in reconciliation, timely invoicing and follow-up on payments.
Implementing cost saving initiatives and staff resources assignment.
Thoroughly understand and utilize the NFT core values in all your day-to-day and dealing with both your internal and external customers.
Necessary Qualifications:
SKILLS REQUIRED
Minimum 2 year management experience with proven account/project management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
Highly motivated, with strong management and project management skills including time and task management with the Technical competency that gives them the ability to manage multiple and conflicting requests.
Flexible, Goal oriented, Persistent with the ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimum direction and supervision.
Have rigorous practices around management of plans, commitments and working under pressure with a high degree of numeracy, literacy, initiative and extremely detail oriented.
Strong written, negotiation, communication and facilitation skills.
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills – Identifying and analyzing issues and problems proactively, developing solutions and using judge's to make sound and dependable decisions.
Integrity – A team player with high levels of commitment, flexibility and personal integrity.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Ability to interact at all levels in the clients organization and NFT.
Strong cross-functional leadership experience or capability.
Ability to drive change and make critical decisions.
Ability to drive process improvements manage multiple accounts and implement industry best practices.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in HR management or business related field or equivalent 2-4 yrs related work experience in business account / project management.
TECHNOLOGY SKILLS
Experience in using Microsoft windows and office applications including word, excel and powerpoint
