Post: Senior Community Development Officer.
Terms: Probation/Permanent/Contract
Salary scale: U3L Upper
Age limit: 25-50 years.

Minimum Qualifications:-
• Should have at least an Honours Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Rural Development or Social Work and Social Administration from a recognized University or Institution.
• Should have a working experience of at least three years in the field of Social Development or Community Based Services.
• Should have knowledge of Community Based activities and Social Mobilization.
• Should have well developed interpersonal and communication skills.

Duties:-
• Coordinate effective delivery of community based services in the Urban Council
• Ensure that community centres and other community establishments are well managed.
• Monitor and evaluate the effective implementation of National and Local Laws and policies on Sender Labour and Social Development.
• Advise Council on matters regarding Sender, Labour and Social Development
• Liaise with NGD's, CBO's and other stakeholders on matters regard
