Job Title: Education Officer (Special Needs)
Terms: Probation/Permanent/Contract
Salary scale: U4 Lower
Age limit: 25-45 years.

Minimum Qualification:-
• A Degree in Education plus a Post Graduate Diploma in Education.
• Communication and interpersonal relationship skills
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Requires two years experience in teaching/training

Duties:-
• Advise and guide HeadTeachers and School Management Committees on all aspects of running the schools/Institutions in the specific sub sector.
• Prepare and forward reports and recommendations on matters regarding teachers discipline to the District Service Commission
• Monitoring and reporting en the performance of teachers.
• Review and advice on the appointment of School Management Committees or Board of Governors.
• Processing of teachers applications for professional development.

Applications are invited from qualified Candidates to fill the following vacant posts in Kabarole District Local Government.
