Senior Assistant Secretary - Kabarole District Service Commission

Job Title: Senior Assistant Secretary (SAS)
Terms: Probation/Permanent
Salary scale: U3L
Age limit: 25 - 40 Years.

Minimum Qualifications:-
• An Honours Degree in development Studies or Management or Social Sciences from a recognized University or Institution plus a Post Graduate.
• A certificate in Administrative Law from a recognized Institution.
• Should have working experience of at least three years in administra¬tive field in Government or equivalent experience from a reputable
• Should have interpersonal and monitoring skills.

Duties:
• Ensure accountability for financial and other Public Resources in the County.
• Assess the service delivery performance levels of the County.
• Monitor county adherence to National and District Policies, Programmes and legal obligations.
• Write period reports on development issues in the county and sub¬mitting them to the relevant authorities.
• Monitor evaluate and report on the performance of staff in the coun¬ty.
• Provide technical support to the Sub County Councils are requested.
