This is a full-time post (5 days a week for 2 years) based in Kampala.

Minority Rights Group International (MRG) is looking to recruit a staff member to support our Global Advocacy Programme (GAP). The purpose of the job is to help MRG achieve its aims by providing effective assistance and support for projects and programmes managed and coordinated by MRG Africa Office. Candidates should have a demonstrated interest in human rights, strong experience of administrative work, have a good eye for detail, lots of initiative, be numerate and be able to prioritise effectively.

All applicants must have the legal right to live and work in Uganda. You must state in your application the basis of your legal right to work in Uganda e.g. citizenship, residency, work permit etc. If you do not provide this information we will not consider your application further. Short-listed applicants will be asked to provide, prior to interview, documentation in support of their legal right to work in Uganda.
