REPORT TO: Planning and Quality Manager

Country: Uganda
Job Description (Duties):

GMS site planning

Assist in normal site planning.
Assist in future site planning for their region.
Assist in Adhoc cell/repeater planning.

GSM Network optimization

General network optimization of their region.
Benchmarking drive tests and reporting as per the request.
Frequency tuning of the network.
Integration of new sites and expansion cabinets.
Optimize the network to achieve the following; DCR<=1%,CSSR >=99%, SD-Drop <1%,>=98%, TCH Drop <1%.

Customer Complaints

Attend to all Network related Customer complaints and resolve them within the agreed times.
Provide accurate reporting on customer complaints.


Necessary Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science or its equivalent.
